4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Current plans include Starter, Pro, and Business tiers. Plan details and pricing are available in the App and on our website.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Apple's App Store according to their refund policies.

5. User Content

Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using our service. By using Pocket Site, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our service.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to create, upload, or publish content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others

• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
